Product images are provided for illustration purposes. Due to photography, screen settings, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of jewellery, minor variations in colour, finish, size, or appearance may occur.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and, where applicable, issue a refund for the amount paid.

3.  Made-to-Order & Custom Jewellery

 

Many LuvCut Jewels pieces are made to order or may be customized according to customer requirements.

By purchasing a made-to-order or custom piece, you acknowledge that:

•  Production times are estimates and may vary.

•  Custom or personalized jewellery may not be eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law.

•  Once production has begun, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

•  Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the jewellery.

•  Custom designs may differ slightly from digital images, renders, or reference photographs.

•  Any custom design specifications approved by the customer will be considered final before production begins.

 

For custom or bespoke orders, we recommend confirming all specifications carefully before approving production.

4.  Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, and product pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before production or processing begins unless otherwise agreed. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. LuvCut Jewels does not intentionally store full payment card details on its own servers.

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide a refund for the amount paid.

5.  Production & Shipping

Production and shipping times are described in our Shipping & Production Policy.

Most made-to-order jewellery requires approximately 7–15 business days for production before dispatch. Shipping time begins after the order has been completed and dispatched.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you require your order urgently, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests where possible.
